Description: These unusual plants are often grown in Cornwall because they are tender. We grew three echium in Sheffield and they reached 22ft in height. They need to survive two winters before they flower so they take some commitment but if they work out they are a very impressive plant.
Care: If the weather turns super cold we'd suggest a speedy mulch and even a light cover to keep them warm!
